Jobs & Careers
All applications for employment with Options are processed by our parent company Outcomes First Group.
We are an established group of services which continues to grow whilst maintaining a family feel. We recognise that everyone who works for us has an important role to play and the success of our company is dependent on everyone’s efforts. We are very proud of the services we offer to vulnerable children, young people and adults. We are committed to making a difference to their lives and strive to support them to achieve their potential.
We don’t believe in limitations only achievements however big or small they may be. We have built our strong reputation on delivering quality services and recognise we can only achieve this by recruiting the best and investing in the development of our people. Working for us, is not just a job. We want you to share in our vision and commitment to doing the very best you can, to make the difference and add value to the lives of the children, young people and adults we support.
We can offer job satisfaction, development and career opportunities, a job that makes you think, uses your initiative, where each day is different, where you continually learn, that is challenging and rewarding and isn’t 9 to 5!
Offering a range of care, education and clinical services, across a range of sites and locations needs a large varied team to successfully deliver. That’s why we are always looking for new people to join our friendly teams. Whether you have previous care or education experience or not, we have roles that could suit you!
Our vacancies page has all the latest roles available across the group, along with information on how to apply. If successful in being shortlisted you will be invited to interview, where you will be taken through a competency based interview and other assessments dependent on the role and also given an opportunity to find out more about the role and our company. All applicants will be required to have checks made on their suitability to work with our children, young people and adults including DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service and identity checks) in line with Safer Recruitment guidelines. If appointed into one of our roles, and following relevant checks and references are completed, you will be provided with a start date and invited to one of our inductions.
So, if you have a caring nature and want a varied and rewarding role – then we would love to hear from you.
