Graham Norris – Regional Director

Graham has spent over 25 years working in residential schools for Children with Autism, Learning Difficulties and Challenging behaviour. Graham qualified as a Social Worker and spent 7 years as a Registered Manager, both in the voluntary and private sector, followed by 11 years as Head of service overseeing 2 residential schools, leading the development of both services. For the past 10 months Graham has worked for Outcomes First in the Adult division as the Regional Director for the East of the country, responsible for 12 services across the country. Throughout his career Graham has been passionate about ensuring that Multidisciplinary teams work cohesively to deliver Autism Specific Care and education incorporating Therapeutic approaches.

Jeni Lucas– Clinical Lead

Jeni is a Registered Psychotherapist with the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), with extensive experience supporting individuals and parents / carers who present with mental health, substance use, harmful sexual behaviour, attachment, developmental trauma, and offending behaviour. Jeni has worked Nationally in NHS, Private, Charity and Local Authority Services supporting systems to work in a Trauma Informed way with complex needs.

 

 

Becky Farmer – Operations/Registered Manager at Options Kinsale

Becky has worked at Options Kinsale for over 12 years and leads the Autism Practice within the service. Becky has worked through the care service starting as a practitioner back in 2007 to becoming a member of the senior management team in 2013. Becky has a BA Hons in Early Childhood Studies and qualifications in the following NVQ 3 Health and Social Care, BTEC in Speech and Language Therapy Assistant, Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management. ILM & IOSH certificates, Diploma in TISUK – Trauma Informed Schools and is currently completing a QCF level 4 in Advice & Guidance.
