Hello from our Headteacher Kerry Linden
We welcome you to The Tower School, where we provide an outstanding education for young people aged 11-18 years who have autism and associated conditions. We deliver a broad and balanced, rich learning environment, through the National Curriculum, educational and life skills, together with vocational opportunities as well as any additional support they need to succeed. From the moment you walk through our doors, you are walking into a school built on the knowledge, experience and success of all the schools in the Outcomes First Group.
In my role as Headteacher, I am passionate and determined to make sure that every young person has a fulfilling education and realises their full potential. I have worked in education for over 20 years and for the last ten years my role has been within Special Educational Needs (SEN) settings, both in mainstream and specialist schools.
Our school is built on trust and partnerships between pupils, parents, teachers, support workers and our wonderful local community. As well as providing an enriching and varied education, the school is proud to offer an environment which inspires learning where students can flourish.
Young people attending The Tower School will experience a great combination of education, support and life skills which will provide them with those strong foundations to succeed. The schools highly skilled team tailor our curriculum to each young person’s needs and talents, to ensure they leave with the qualifications and life skills they need to support them on their next steps.
