Lauren has shown drive and commitment in supporting schools towards excellence and understands the pressure of balancing inspection expectations alongside ensuring that our schools function as happy, positive environments for both our young people and staff. As a headteacher, Lauren  demonstrated the ability to turn around a poorly performing school in a short time; employing new staff to work alongside existing staff to support the subsequent increase in referrals under her leadership, whilst working to prepare the school for imminent external inspection and implementing new systems and procedures to redefine the school’s reputation.
