Thanks to the College for all their efforts and teaching skills!

“As a Father and Carer, I would like to take this opportunity in thanking the College for all their efforts and teaching skills given to my son. From the day he started the College, he has continued to improve in many areas since attending and you can see in him that he is comfortable and relaxed within the College. I would therefore recommend the college facilities and staff to anybody in need of help with autistic spectrum condition /or Asperger syndrome.”

WLCC has the passion, understanding and empathy

“Being a single mum of two sons with dual diagnosis of Fragile X and autism, it has been at times a hard and lonely journey, with many sleepless nights and constant worrying and fears of never being able to find somewhere suitable for them to go when they become young adults. But all my fears started to go when they both in turn got a place at WLCC. They are led by a dedicated management team, who cannot do enough to make sure they individually get to reach their own potential.
WLCC has opened up opportunities to them that I never thought possible. WLCC has the passion, understanding and empathy that has made me feel my sons are worth something and have every right to have access to what they would like to achieve, no matter how big the challenge is to them or the college staff. Thank you.”

A huge thank you to you all!

“We’re ever so grateful to all the people at the college for the great work they have done with our son, having an AS condition, and the difference they have made to his life. He came out as a less stressed, more self-assured and empowered person, while his individual educational needs were also successfully addressed. This is a college in beautiful surroundings that offers a welcoming homely environment with a dedicated specialist personnel committed to student-achievement and development in their person-centred approach. A huge thank you’ to you all!”

My son has attended WLCC for the last five years

“My son has attended WLCC for the last five years. In the past we have experienced a few problems. The staff at the college were exemplary in how they dealt with him. They deal with a varied range of disabilities. The age range of the staff helps with how they deal with students.  The timetable is varied and is designed for the abilities of the students concerned. I would recommend anyone with a child with autism to attend the college. They will come on in leaps and bounds.”

Our son has been attending WLCC for near 2 years

“Our son has been attending WLCC for near 2 years and there’s no day he is not happy to get up in the morning and wait for his transport do come and pick him up. He is respected for who he is and has already made great progress; the members of staff are caring and try to bring the most out of him. My husband and I feel we are a big team working towards the same goal, support him to move forward and be part of the society. We are very grateful to all members of WLCC for all the support and care provided”

They use personalised life skills programmes with which they aim to meet each individual’s needs, benefitting all. West London Community College has helped develop my daughter’s individual life skills, speech skills and behavioural skills.
