I would very much like to thank you for the great care you are giving my son. I am inspired and in awe at the level of care he receives. It has taken time, patience careful planning and plenty of understanding on your part to really get to know him as a person but your persistence has been worth it. From this I see he has been growing in confidence and his challenging behaviours lessening by the day. This is down to the hard work and persistent professional, compassionate care of your staff members. As my daughter has an illness requiring times in hospital I am grateful that I can relax knowing he is more than happy to be in Phoenix and looks forward to the growing number of activities and full care package which has been tailored to his needs. I want to mention Dave as he has put my mind at rest during the times I was concerned, reassuring me that he was settling, enjoying his days and moving forward, he works tirelessly. Also Leanne who has been compassionate and caring also working tirelessly for my son and the other boys. Not forgetting Paul who is a brilliant key worker, he plans my son’s day to day schedule, paying close attention to his health and emotional wellbeing. My son has had some difficult times in the past and getting to this stage is an incredible achievement. You and your all your staff have made a big difference to his life and our lives. I realise that you and Karen are at the helm, so couldn’t wish for better management. Thank you

“I would like to commend staff on the smooth and dedicated work with my son regarding the transition to Phoenix house adults provision. I was able to work with and liase with staff about all aspects of my sons care and move. They have shown a high level of knowledge/expertise and a willingness to get to know my son from the start, helping him to form vital relationships with staff, so allowing him to feel secure and confident in his care, and life skills programmes. As my son has a special diet, staff have gone out of their way to learn and gain knowledge of the diet and any special care he requires. I feel confident in the management and staff and have regular contact with them.
