Options Phoenix House is a 52 week placement for adults with autism and learning disability, the home is situated in a rural location just outside the North Wales town of Holywell.
The house compromises of 4 self -contained flats where the people that we support have 1-1 support to engage in their person centred program to develop their life skills and independence. All individuals and families are encouraged to be involved with all aspects of the person centred planning and the home can evidence from recent CSSIW inspections the high quality of service that individuals receive.

Set in a quite rural area with landscaped gardens around the property, Options Phoenix House offers residents a comfortable and relaxing home to develop skills and independence.
