Eve’s Fantastic Achievement

Last April, when Eve first came to Underley Garden, she was heavily reliant on using her wheelchair and would become very anxious walking small distances. Everyone has worked very hard to support Eve to gain her confidence with her walking and in December she was able to walk a mile to raise money for a local hospice, which was a fantastic achievement.

Last week, Eve also completed her silver Duke of Edinburgh award which saw her complete a 3 ½ mile walk on Day 1 and then on Day 2, she walked to the top of Latrigg Fell to see the amazing views.
