News & Events Parliament Week and MP Visit: A Memorable Day at Brinksway School
Brinksway School were honoured to welcome their local MP, Navendu Mishra, for a special visit to officially open the school. The event saw a fantastic turnout, with enthusiastic participation from families, staff, and colleagues from Outcomes First Group. Thank you to everyone who helped make the day truly special!
During the visit, Headteacher Carla Adams-McCoy conducted a tour of the school, showcasing the outstanding facilities and the exceptional quality of the provision. It was wonderful to see how impressed MP Navendu Mishra was with our setting and the efforts of our team.
Adding to the excitement, Mr. Mishra extended a generous offer to subsidize a trip to Parliament later this year. He has also graciously agreed to personally guide our pupils on a tour of Parliament, providing them with an incredible opportunity to learn about democracy and governance in action. We are thrilled about this upcoming experience and look forward to strengthening our connections with the local community and beyond.
