Overton School Celebrates Outstanding Ofsted Rating

We are delighted to announce that Overton School has been rated Outstanding in all areas by Ofsted, following their inspection in June 2025. This remarkable achievement marks a step up from the school’s previous rating of Good and recognises the dedication, expertise and passion of the entire school community.

Inspectors praised Overton School for its life-changing impact on pupils, writing:

“Pupils make remarkable progress both academically and socially. They thrive and experience positive emotions… pupils are ambitious for their future and leave Overton School well prepared for their next steps.”

The report highlights the school’s high expectations, personalised support, and exceptional enrichment programme – all of which enable pupils to develop trust, resilience, determination, and a love of learning.
